All sales are Final, No Returns. We only accept returns if there is a defect due to the manufacturing process that is:
Merchandise arrives defective, discolored, torn or in any way defective.
Merchandise sent was the wrong style, model, color or fabric.
Any discrepancy in the order received must be reported via Email within 24 hours upon receipt of the goods.
All items must be returned in the EXACT manner they were received, e.g. with cards and dust bags.
Shipping and Handling is NOT refundable.
If your item is equipped with a"security tag" the item must be returned with the tag still attached. You may contact us a 240.604.2066 or firstname.lastname@example.org to request an exchange authorization.
All merchandise must be returned in new and unused condition, in the original boxes and with all paperwork, parts and accessories. "New and unused" means that there are no scratches, marks, blemishes on the item; there are no signs of wear on the products, the tags or the case; and the product must not have been altered in any way. We cannot accept a return of any item with any indication that it has been used.
Unless otherwise stated, we ship within 1-4 business days. Standard shipping carrier is USPS, if you want to ship via UPS or FedEx please let us know at the time of ordering. US ground shipments will take approximately 5-7 business days. This excludes Holidays and Weekends.
Shipping within the US is approximately $15.00 for a standard size, single item package – international shipping (for most countries) is app. US$40.00 for a standard size, single item package. All prices quoted are in U.S. dollars.
Tracking and full shipping insurance is included in every order that we ship. We have a handlingl fee of $3.99 on all orders.
Costs may vary depending on weight and volume and may change by third party shippers. These costs are for individual handbags of average weight. Larger volume packages may have higher shipping costs.
We will supply a tracking number for each order that has shipped. You will also received automated emails and updates. Please note shipping times will vary for international orders.
If you receive damaged or defective items, contact our Customer Service immediately (within 48 hours from delivery). Please supply order number, email address and phone number. We will make every reasonable effort to replace the item in a timely manner. Since our inventory changes frequently, some orders may ship separately. We will inform our customers if this should ocurr.
Sold Out Items & Waiting List:
If we do not currently have an item in stock we will try to locate the item. However, from time to time, there are items we are unable to restock. You will be notified via email if we are unable to fulfill the order and a credit will be issued to your credit card.
Sold out items are displayed for your convenience and to give you the option of adding yourself on a waiting list for the particular item. You will receive a notification email once the item is available again. Email us at email@example.com with item number, model, color, price.
We do not guarantee that any sold out items will be re-stocked. There is no ETA on any item.
